Wenny Carnika is a lecturer in the Communication Department at Bina Nusantara University (BINUS University). Her academic and research interests focus on the dynamics of digital communication, social media behavior, and consumer interaction within digital business environments.

Through her research activities, Wenny Carnika explores how the rapid development of digital technologies and social media platforms influences communication patterns, user behavior, and decision-making processes in contemporary society. Her studies particularly examine the intersection between digital society, consumer behavior, and online communication practices, providing insights into how individuals interact, consume information, and participate in digital ecosystems.

Several of her research projects investigate issues related to consumer behavior in digital business services, including the challenges and success factors that shape users’ experiences in online platforms. She has also conducted research on the phenomenon of Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) in social media, analyzing how digital environments affect social interaction, psychological responses, and online engagement.

In addition to her research, Wenny Carnika actively participates in collaborative research initiatives and academic projects that aim to understand the evolving landscape of digital communication and digital society.
