The Mass Comm program is an exciting and fun place for students to develop academically and become digitally literate media professionals, adaptive to the development of digital technology such as Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), Artificial Intelligence, and resilient.

The Mass Communication program provides knowledge and expertise in media content production (programs/content) for both mainstream media such as television, radio (broadcasting) and digital media (non-mainstream media), as well as websites.

During their studies in the Mass Communication program, students will learn various knowledge and skills needed to produce media content or programs/content for both mainstream media (television and radio), digital media and websites. The knowledge and skills that will be learned include media content production planning, shooting and lighting, multimedia editing, scriptwriting, audience, and promotion of media content (programs/content) and

Students will also learn various media content production equipment (programs/content) including the use of multi-camera production systems in the studio.

The Mass Communication program not only offers a curriculum with updated courses and in accordance with the industry, but also a fun and exciting learning method. Students can learn with lecturers and professionals or media practitioners from various companies.

Students can also create various digital media content and television, radio and website programs in the Mass Communication laboratory room which is part of BINUS TV.

In addition, students will also participate in the Enrichment program (off-campus learning activities that aim to enrich students’ abilities in the field of mass communication). Below are various Enrichment program options that students can participate in.

Graduates of the Mass Communication Program can work in various industries, both the mainstream media industry (for example television and radio stations), the digital media industry (television and radio based on social media such as YouTube and Podcast); non-media industry (for example e-commerce, banking, automotive, retail, etc.); communication consultants; and government offices (becoming managers of government-owned media).
