Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Alibaba Mobile Business Group Branding Communications Team to improve its products’ brand value in Indonesia market.
  • Based upon an in-depth understanding of internet content ecosystem, compose strategic communications content (not content acquisition) planning for the news Apps and short video Apps, including structural consideration of formats of the content, genres and so on.
  • Efficiently explore and establish relationships with content providers including but not limited to agencies and production houses, so as to discover suitable contents at a large scale, conduct co-marketing negotiations and planning for co-marketing campaigns.
  • Regarding S or A level IPs (contents, included but not limited to movie, TV program, celebrities event), creatively make viral marketing plans in order to achieve expansive awareness across audiences.
  • Collaborate with Product department and product communications team, assist the placement and promotional plan in Apps, so as to boost new users acquisition and improve user activeness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above with at least 3 to 5 years of work experience in the fields of content editing in Media Houses; Content Provider Studio; Director in Media Houses or Content-heavy Apps (Content-heavy Apps is preferable).
  • Excellent creative planning and execution ability as well as experienced in content promotion sense and ability.
  • Resourceful in Media Houses, Content Provider Studio, Entertainment Agency, TV stations, and celebrities are preferable.
  • Fluent in English communication and speaking Mandarin is a plus.
