Quoted from Forbes, Warren Buffet the CEO Berkshire Hathaway said “In Looking for people to hire, look for three qualities: Integrity, Intelligence, and Energy. And if they don’t have the first one, the other two will kill you”, A man with Net Worth over 78.5 Billion USD placed integrity uppermost above others in terms of recruitment, integrity apparently is not something to underestimate, Now what this has to do with the act of Plagiarism ? Especially in the educational Institution?

Now I want you to imagine in your early age for your first interview, the first thing the employer ask is about what you have learned in your Major at the university for the past 4 or 5 years of your studies, natural right? Now move on the interviewer ask you about your thesis, clearly, this is not a problem either, or is it? Imagine studying for the past 4 or 5 years plagiarizing all of your works, giving vague and swaying answer to the Interviewer, Congratulations you just have lost your Integrity and value as potential employers.

This is only one of the dangerous scenarios that could happen to anybody. What matters is your Integrity as a person, the process that you have been through in your academic years that is what matters, the process of learning and understanding the knowledge that you have obtained in those years of studying. You’re Originality and Ideas are what matters. That is the Academic Integrity that you and everyone should have #OriginalityMatters #Janganjadimesinphotocophy Source:
